Thanks Bill.  We are very happy with the final design.  This whole process was very easy doing it over email and we found your prices to be extremely reasonable.  Even when you are so busy with work, you were able to do the design very quickly.  The 3D images you provide really help conceptualize the layout. Very impressive.

Hello Bill,   It was great to see the bird’s eye view of the basement and get a much better perspective of what it could look like.  We loved the overall look, and really liked the angled door on the exercise room and the layout in the washroom and bedroom. I don’t have too much of a problem where the post is, but you’ll know better what that will actually look like. We have some questions, some of which may be mostly due to ignorance – but please bear with us!

We are a small design/build firm and we take a lot of pride in what we do, so I will be sure to pass the credit along to the owner (Jay ).  I took a look at your web site as well and it looks as though you do some nice work yourself.  Kudos on embracing the design process, it is crazy to know that people do this without a detailed floor plan.  We don't price or build anything without a plan, we want to make sure our customer is getting exactly what they want.
